What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the Marketplace Partner Program, aligning with studio goals.
• Directly oversee a managed service team for onboarding and lifecycle management of global partner studios.
• Develop programs to attract top-tier creators while maintaining rigorous quality and security standards.
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver tools and analytics for creators.
• Lead initiatives for community engagement programs to foster loyalty and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Proven experience leading external teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for gaming and creator communities.
• Understanding of UGC ecosystems including marketplace dynamics and monetization strategies.
• Must have legal work authorization for the United States.
