What you will do

  • Own business requirement gathering, definition, and prioritization for product roadmaps and long-term vision.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to define and execute product delivery plans, resolving day-to-day risks.
  • Manage select products and features within the Marketing Technology portfolio, including designing and delivering enhancements.
  • Drive operational improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and quality of technology delivery.
  • Analyze current operations using data analysis practices to identify performance opportunities.
  • Evolve usage analytics to identify user behavior and technology anomalies for product improvement and issue identification.
  • Support organizational change to ensure product impact at scale through change programs and training.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and IT to champion the Marketing technology roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience with a mix across business operations, technology, or analytics.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years supporting business processes related to Marketing and Sales, ideally on an industry-leading Marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle/Eloqua).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Familiarity with using SQL to analyze data is required.
  • Experience in delivering and supporting B2B technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of technology delivery methods with high emphasis on working with teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent, self-starter with high integrity capable of driving progress with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with Python or R.
