TL;DR

Support Engineer (eCommerce): Assessing and resolving technical issues, bugs, and data challenges for top eCommerce brands using a marketing intelligence platform with an accent on integrating hirify.global into customer infrastructure and owning data quality end-to-end. Focus on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues by analyzing customer implementations, scripts (Pixels, Orders APIs), and system logs, often collaborating closely with data and engineering teams.

Location: Must be based in the USA and able to work in the EST time zone or during EST hours.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

hirify.global is building an advanced marketing intelligence platform for eCommerce brands, providing a unified view of business data through powerful attribution modeling and customizable dashboards.

What you will do

  • Act as the first line of support for technical issues raised via tickets, Slack, or Customer Success Managers.
  • Work directly with customers to integrate hirify.global into their ecommerce and analytics infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing customer implementations, including scripts (Pixels and Orders APIs).
  • Own data quality issues end-to-end, partnering with internal teams and customers for resolution.
  • Escalate complex or product-level issues to Engineering when appropriate, providing clear context.
  • Continuously improve external-facing documentation to enable smoother onboarding and self-serve workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering or support engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with SQL queries, JavaScript (basics), HTML (basics), and Web-based APIs.
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical or support capacity.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working through ambiguous technical problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Datadog, Airflow, Postgres, and BigQuery.

Nice to have

  • Experience with administrator tooling like Retool, ActiveAdmin, or Django Admin.
  • Python knowledge.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools.
