What you will do

• Develop a deep technical understanding of hirify.global Stream and other products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to enterprise customers across various channels.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and ensure proper recording and closure of issues.
• Document knowledge in knowledge base articles and participate in real-time forums.
• Perform stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• Advanced experience with Linux and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Regex.
• Expert-level troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• SIEM experience (Splunk, Elasticsearch, Datadog).
• JavaScript and Cloud experience.
