What you will do
- Provide in-person and remote IT support to employees, addressing tech needs efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure in the Salt Lake City office.
- Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring smooth tech setup and access.
- Partner with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment for end users and customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, process helpdesk tickets, and fulfill equipment requests.
- Take ownership of internal IT projects to improve systems, tools, or processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience providing hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with both Mac and Windows systems, including OS troubleshooting, updates, and encryption.
- Experience supporting video conferencing and phone systems (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Dialpad).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with device management tools like JAMF and Intune, and corporate networking tools such as Meraki.
