TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (AI): Owns end-to-end revenue execution and data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Focus on maintaining data hygiene, lifecycle integrity, and system reliability. Focus on building executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership and identifying risks, gaps, and upside in pipeline and renewals.

Location: Fully remote position allowing you to work from your home anywhere in the world.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end revenue tooling (CRM, forecasting, enablement, analytics).
  • Maintain data hygiene, lifecycle integrity, and system reliability.
  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts aligned with VP Sales & CS.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership.
  • Own commission and bonus calculations for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Track funnel performance from lead → close → retention.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM ownership (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), Forecasting and pipeline management, and Commission and incentive compensation modelling.
  • Highly analytical with strong financial and data literacy.
  • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
  • Must be prepared to work standard business hours based on Pacific time.
