What you will do
- Own end-to-end revenue tooling (CRM, forecasting, enablement, analytics).
- Maintain data hygiene, lifecycle integrity, and system reliability.
- Produce accurate revenue forecasts aligned with VP Sales & CS.
- Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership.
- Own commission and bonus calculations for Sales and Customer Success.
- Track funnel performance from lead → close → retention.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM ownership (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), Forecasting and pipeline management, and Commission and incentive compensation modelling.
- Highly analytical with strong financial and data literacy.
- Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
- Must be prepared to work standard business hours based on Pacific time.
