What you will do

• Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM and integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) toolset.
• Design and implement automated workflows across the full customer journey.
• Maintain clean, structured data and ensure system and team alignment.
• Build and manage dashboards and reports to track funnel health and conversion metrics.
• Support forecasting and pipeline management through automation and real-time reporting.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate operational needs into system solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations in a SaaS scale-up environment.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and related GTM automation tools.
• Proven experience in building automations, integrations, and data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to data quality.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple technical priorities.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands is required.
