What you will do
- Support process improvement rollouts and ensure alignment with sales policies.
- Partner with the Sales team and deliver insights to drive new business pipeline.
- Prepare and maintain Salesforce dashboards (Team, Individual, BU).
- Deliver insights through reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, and customer trends.
- Own Salesforce data management, workflows, and system hygiene.
- Review and validate opportunity values to ensure alignment with pricing, discounting, and revenue recognition policies.
Requirements
- Possess minimum of 4 years+ of experience in sales operations, analytics, or commercial finance.
- Advanced Excel and Salesforce skills; experience with dashboards and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of sales processes, governance, and incentive management.
