Location: Remote (U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions).
Salary: $131,700.00 - $210,300.00 annually.

What you will do
- Drive market mapping, talent profiling, and competitor insights for executive searches.
- Build and maintain executive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and partners to inform search strategy and decision-making.
- Actively source and engage senior leadership talent (VP+ and Sr. Director searches).
- Support improvements to research tools, processes, and methods.
Requirements
- 4+ years in executive research, executive search, or research-focused recruiting.
- Ability to conduct market research and map organizations to identify prospective leaders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting insights to senior audiences.
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, CRM, or ATS systems.
- Comfortable operating in tech, digital, marketplace, or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of leadership structures and executive talent organization.
