What you will do

• Assist sales in structuring quotes and guide on discount and contract terms.
• Manage the review and approval process for non-standard requests, ensuring adherence to internal policies.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure seamless communication and alignment on deals, and assessing financial implications of complex deals.
• Analyze data to identify trends in win/loss & competitive reporting and provide data driven recommendations.
• Help support leadership in recommending ways to streamline the end to end deal process to improve efficiency and deal cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a finance, deal desk, legal, or sales operations role, preferably within a B2B software sales environment.
• Proven experience in understanding SaaS agreements and multi-element sales agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
