Salary: $116,000 - $174,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do

• Evaluate and process customer orders with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Apply structured thinking to complex and non-standard deal scenarios.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to resolve order issues efficiently.
• Analyze order data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Document and operationalize improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce required; NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred).
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing accuracy, urgency, and business impact.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
