What you will do

• Pilot and execute AI-enabled digital and content initiatives to improve performance, personalization, and automation across B2B web properties.
• Develop, test, and optimize AI agents and automation workflows that support content creation, lead routing, reporting, and engagement measurement.
• Create, edit, and refine AI-assisted written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, tone, and alignment with hirify.global brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support digital content governance, compliance, and responsible AI usage across web experiences.
• Track and report on AI digital and content experiments, measuring performance, ROI, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Support rollout of structured AI initiatives focused on content optimization, measurement frameworks, and automation integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or AI-enabled content roles.
• Advanced English proficiency with demonstrated strength in professional writing, editing, and content quality review.
• Experience working with AI-assisted content tools, automation platforms, or conversational AI systems.
• Strong understanding of digital content performance, measurement frameworks, and optimization best practices.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, product, legal, and communications teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
