What you will do

• Implement advertising campaigns effectively on operational platforms, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Track campaign performance, making adjustments to optimise results.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative data to the client success team, assisting in the interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
• Identify and resolve issues related to campaign delivery and performance.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices related to processes and tools.
• Explore new platform features to optimise campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Have 2 to 3 years of experience as an account manager or client success manager in the digital advertising industry.
• Have worked with international brands or big clients that require tight deadlines and clear processes.
• Are familiar with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, SmartRTB+.
• Know about programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation.
• Have experience with reporting tools (Ad Servers, Google Analytics, Turnillo, Redash, etc).
• Are data-centred and used to work and process data with Excel/spreadsheets.
• High level of English.
