What you will do

• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google DV360, and other programmatic platforms.
• Execute PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics.
• Maintain and update website content.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing across all digital channels and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or financial services.
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (Google DV360 or similar).
• Strong PPC campaign management skills (Google Ads).
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
• Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and CMS for website editing.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
