Requirements

• Experience working as a Content Designer, ideally in the public sector.
• Experience designing content to meet user needs and making complex language and processes easy to understand.
• Experience evaluating and improving content based on user research, feedback, and analytics data.
• An understanding of how to make content accessible.
• A collaborative approach, ideally with experience of working in an Agile delivery team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience operating in the GDS Delivery Lifecycle and applying CD methods to different phases of the lifecycle.
