What you will do

• Create conceptual sketches and detailed design specifications, ensuring brand standards are appropriately integrated into designs.
• Work throughout all phases of the design process, including conceptual design, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research activities, translating findings into actionable customer insights.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners and engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience using Agile methodologies in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in UX design and user research.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Portfolio with case studies of relevant UX/UI projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prototyping, front-end development, and/or content design.
• An understanding of the pillars of design systems, including principles, components, and patterns.
