Salary: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Build and manage a team of project managers based in the NY office for scalable projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives from major entertainment companies.
• Oversee team members' work and performance to ensure quality and revenue goals are met quarterly.
• Grow revenue from events by maximizing sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality.
• Negotiate and close business deals with partners and pitch projects to major entertainment companies.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to achieve project success and represent hirify.global at local events.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, startup, or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven team management experience.
• Solution-focused mindset with entrepreneurial spirit to identify and define solutions.
• Experience managing complex projects from conception to execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on C-level relationship management.
• Ability to influence and persuade staff at all levels.
• Native English proficiency.
