What you will do

• Deploy Connectivity Programs by working with Cat Digital and Cat dealers to connect high-opportunity assets.
• Execute Connectivity Programs by coordinating with key internal partners, global dealers, and customers.
• Direct and motivate project teams to achieve connectivity targets.
• Manage day-to-day activities of connectivity projects, including responsibilities and schedules.
• Evaluate program engagement and communicate feedback (Voice of Customer, Dealer, Business) to managers.
• Identify and document best practices, develop contingency plans, and monitor project results.

Requirements

• Knowledge of how to run commercial incentive programs for organizations.
• Knowledge of tools, dashboards, and processes for gathering and reporting data.
• Knowledge of project administration best practices and organizational strategies.
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and critical thinking techniques.
• Typically, 5+ years of experience around dealership operations.
• Must work full-time at the Mossville, IL office.
• US work authorization required; Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial programs and connectivity incentives.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hirify.global dealers and internal industry groups.
• Knowledge of connectivity and telematics (Cat Product Link).
