• Own and optimise a modern GTM stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, and analytics tools.
• Build and maintain clean, enriched data to supercharge inbound, outbound, and ABM efforts.
• Track and act on high-intent buying signals like fundraises, tech usage, or hiring trends.
• Design routing and sequencing workflows that get the right leads to sales at the right time.
• Run experiments end-to-end: from idea to launch to measurable impact.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, and data enrichment platforms.
• Confidence working with messy data, signals, and iterative testing.
• A love of structure and execution - not just strategy.
• An adaptive, solutions-first mindset - and comfort suggesting better ways of working.
• Curiosity about fintech, FX markets, or financial services (bonus, not required).
