Solutions Engineer (Apple/Cybersecurity): Supporting strategic sales efforts by demonstrating the full hirify.global portfolio to customers across the EMEIA region, identifying and recommending solutions that address their business goals. Focus on delivering tailored product demonstrations, building trust as a technical expert, and supporting proof-of-concept initiatives in complex custom environments.

Location: Remote in Germany only. You may be required to work periodically at a hirify.global office or collaborative work location. Sponsorship to live and work in Germany is required.

What you will do

• Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Establish yourself as a technical expert for customers and channel partners.
• Recommend effective hirify.global-based solutions for business and technical challenges.
• Support customer proof-of-concept initiatives and trial engagements.
• Represent hirify.global through keynotes and presentations at industry events.
• Conduct enablement sessions and technical training for partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical consultancy (Required).
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Required).
• Fluent in spoken and written German (Required).
• Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Apple in the enterprise, or network-level cybersecurity concepts.
• Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust network architecture.
• Experience in technical consultative selling within complex organizations (Required).
