What you will do

• Own UX initiatives from problem definition and prioritization to execution and delivery.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals in design decisions.
• Apply strong system-level thinking to ensure scalable, consistent, and business-aligned user experiences.
• Contribute to product strategy by translating insights into clear UX direction and actionable outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI, or Product Designer.
• Strong UX and UI skills, with a portfolio demonstrating clear problem-solving, system-level thinking, and end-to-end ownership.
• High proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
• Strong ownership and collaboration mindset in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to work independently and apply strong judgment.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI-powered tools as part of the design workflow (e.g., research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, or design-to-code tools).
• Experience working on complex, web-based B2B products or big data/technical domains.
