What you will do

• Lead, plan, and coordinate cross-functional technical PMI projects.
• Establish necessary processes to support project goals and lifecycle.
• Track project execution, deliverables, KPIs, and metrics.
• Identify, manage, and track project risks and dependencies.
• Encourage collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Work with the Project Management Office on execution and operational excellence.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in computer science or related discipline required.
• 7-10 years of R&D technical project management experience in an international software development organization.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development organization.
• Understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle phases.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in PMI (Post-Merger Integration).
• An MBA or M.Sc.
• PMI/PMP certification.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Aha!, Jira, Monday, and BI tools.
• Technical experience and knowledge of hirify.global products or Cyber Security solutions.
