Customer Success Manager (German): Driving adoption and success for key customers within a rapidly growing IT operations platform with an accent on building strong relationships, proactive engagement, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Focus on analyzing product usage, guiding customers to implement improvements, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Location: Onsite in Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of largest and most important customers, building relationships with stakeholders up to CxOs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring effective leverage of the solution.
- Analyze product usage data to improve adoption, reduce churn, and guide customers on improvements.
- Function as a single point of contact, identifying and developing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Document activities and forecast opportunities accurately using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Exceptional consultative skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, and overcome objections.
- Ability to influence and inspire customers, with the ultimate goal of developing more hirify.global disciples.
- Resilience and calmness in seeing customers through issues and escalations.
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager, owning a portfolio of accounts and guiding them through the customer journey.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Analytical mindset with a can-do attitude, able to identify root causes and develop adequate solutions quickly.
- High levels of organization in your workflows, understanding responsibility for a strategic customer portfolio and prioritizing time.
- Must be able to work onsite in Berlin, Germany.
