What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend architectures.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable backend technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Design systems to handle high traffic loads and ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Ensure comprehensive technical documentation of internal systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in backend development with Go, Java, and Python, with 3+ years in an architect role.
• Strong background in object-oriented design, multithreading, SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong engineering mindset with analytical thinking and a collaborative attitude.
• Proficiency in writing clear and structured technical documentation.
