TL;DR

Senior Java Developer (Java/Spring): Designing and supporting large monolithic production systems with an accent on JVM performance, modular architecture, security, persistence, and API development. Focus on optimizing long-running applications, designing complex transactions and integrations, maintaining testing stability, and planning refactoring while mentoring developers.

What you will do

Design and develop monolithic applications with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Implement complex authentication and authorization schemes using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
Develop REST APIs, synchronous integrations, and asynchronous tasks for internal and external systems.
Design modular monoliths, layered architectures, database schemas, indexes, and complex transactions.
Optimize heavy queries, batch operations, long-running applications, and Redis-based caching and synchronization.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, manage technical debt, and plan refactoring.

Requirements

Higher technical education.
5+ years of commercial Java development experience.
Experience supporting and developing large monolithic production systems.
Deep knowledge of Java 17+, JVM internals, memory management, garbage collection, threads, profiling, Java Core, collections, multithreading, and streams.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, ORM, HTTP, CORS, and WebSockets.
Experience with Maven, GitLab, basic CI/CD, unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
