What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects.
- Generate value for potential customers and book product demonstration webinars and calls.
- Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing sales role.
Requirements
- Fluent in at least one Nordic Language and English.
- 1 year of sales or professional experience.
- Strong interest in building a career in sales.
- Demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to advance through defined learning and earning paths.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives.
