💫Sales Representative
🌏Location: European countries 📚About the Role
We’re looking for a full-stack Sales Representative who takes full ownership of the commercial cycle - including hands-on lead generation, prospect engagement, deal execution, and long-term client development. This role is for someone who is comfortable sourcing opportunities independently, running sales conversations, and being directly accountable for revenue results.
You will be responsible for building your own pipeline from scratch through outbound activities and converting it into closed deals. Depending on deal size and complexity, you’ll either manage opportunities end-to-end or work alongside senior sales leaders and the Head of Sales to advance deals through later stages.
📒Key Responsibilities
● Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding cooperation with existing clients.
● Own sales opportunities end-to-end, including lead generation, discovery sessions, solution positioning, contract discussions, deal closure, and ongoing account development.
● Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to design commercially and technically sound solutions aligned with client needs.
● Develop, structure, and present proposals that clearly articulate value, scope, and commercial terms.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM to ensure pipeline
transparency and forecasting accuracy.
● Continuously explore, validate, and scale additional sales channels and acquisition approaches.
📕Requirements
● 3+ years of hands-on experience selling IT services or custom software development in a B2B environment.
● Proven ability to run complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and
solution-based selling.
● Experience collaborating with technical and pre-sales teams to shape tailored offerings.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead professional sales
conversations and presentations.
● Ability to create well-structured, persuasive commercial proposals.
