Location: Remote from selected EMEA countries only

What you will do

  • Launch and optimize preferred deals across platforms like Xandr, OpenX, and Pubmatic under guidance.
  • Analyze inventory, curate packages, allowlists, and blocklists for deals.
  • Create and maintain audience segments for PMP deals.
  • Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Growth, Account Managers, Planning team) on PMP deals performance.
  • Prepare reports and monitor PMP deals performance.
  • Support the Senior AdOps Manager in daily tasks and operational activities.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in a media or digital agency.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Xandr, Amazon Ads, Yandex Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills for extracting key insights from data.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and data visualization/reporting tools.
