Senior PPC Executive (Marketing): Manages multiple PPC accounts across Google and Microsoft Advertising, developing and executing strategies aligned with KPI targets and business goals. Focus on proactively researching trends, tools, and AI innovations to stay at the forefront of Paid Search developments and improve targeting and campaign performance.

Location: Hybrid role from our Cardiff Office, working three days from the office, two from home.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of multiple PPC accounts.
• Manage bid strategies to ensure targets and business objectives are met.
• Line manage and mentor team members.
• Plan, execute, and communicate A/B tests to continually optimise account performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business, keeping them informed on account performance.
• Turn performance data into clear, engaging stories, sharing insights with commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience in PPC, with a proven track record of managing and growing large-scale, high-performing accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to hit ROI targets while driving revenue and profit growth.
• Experience managing PPC projects in fast-paced environments, including both internal and external stakeholders.
• Significant experience managing a range of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, with excellent platform knowledge.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, PPC key metrics, auction insights, quality score, ROI, optimisation score, etc.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accredited.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio, GA4 and SA360 are a bonus.
