Trading Manager (Media/Advertising)

Focus on negotiating and optimizing client deals, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting investment teams with data and insights.

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (in office around four days a week)

What you will do

• Lead creation of multi-channel media strategies to support marketing objectives and drive business growth.
• Negotiate and optimize client deals to ensure efficient market deals and achieve pitch rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with all vendors.
• Support client meetings and presentations related to media buying, and track all savings achieved on a campaign basis.
• Manage overall forecast across all vendors and ensure updated commitments are communicated with agencies.
• Participate in all RFPs and pitches for new businesses and create media scenes across MENA markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Buying.
• Deep understanding of all media, including digital.
• Ability to work within and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in deal structuring and negotiation approaches.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and advanced PowerPoint capability.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
