What you will do
- Lead in-depth audits of existing internal business processes across operational teams.
- Document current-state processes using clear, structured process maps and operational diagrams and design future-state workflows.
- Partner with teams to establish consistent, standardized workflows across pods and departments.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities where automation can improve efficiency or deliver measurable business value.
- Support the definition of operational KPIs related to process efficiency and automation outcomes.
- Help embed a culture of operational clarity, discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and documentation, process re-engineering and standardization, gap analysis and impact assessment.
- Experience working in complex operational environments (agency, Ad Tech, SaaS, services, or platform-driven businesses).
- Ability to translate business workflows into clear, structured documentation.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.

- Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
- Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
