TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (AdTech): Serving as a crucial liaison between business and technology teams for the design and implementation of proprietary data products and services with an accent on requirements capture and workshop facilitation. Focus on helping teams deliver against data and technology strategies, ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance.

Location: Must have the right to work in the UK; hybrid work model based in London, United Kingdom around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements for hirify.global’s Technology strategy.
  • Lead projects, managing documentation, scope, schedules, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder workshops, meticulously documenting outcomes and insights.
  • Understand client's technology and data strategies, serving as the go-to person for strategic questions.
  • Proactively identify and react to improvement opportunities within processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Consultant in technology solution design and implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience in consulting, leading workshops, and implementing process-driven approaches.
  • Solid understanding of building and managing globally scalable solutions within complex organizations.
  • Experience working with data tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, WRIKE, Nintex).
  • Strong knowledge of Ad Tech, MarTech, Software Engineering approaches, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience working effectively with teams across multiple physical locations and time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Comprehensive understanding of various data analysis techniques within a marketing context.
  • Experience in driving organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs or materials for new systems, tools, or processes to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating playbooks or standardized documentation.
  • Expertise in process design and optimization.
