What you will do

• Drive product analytics initiatives focused on services automation and scenario optimization.
• Analyze user behavior, interactions, and operational flows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Define and monitor key product and operational metrics to measure the impact of automated solutions.
• Design analytical frameworks to evaluate support scenarios, decision trees, and user journeys.
• Investigate anomalies in support and product metrics, formulate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, support, engineering, and data teams to translate insights into scalable product improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytical tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and prioritize impact-driven solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash, Plotly, Looker).
• Understanding of product funnels, user journeys, and operational workflows.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
