What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of product changes across multiple software squads.
- Shape and support cycle planning, helping teams prioritize work and build clear delivery plans.
- Champion continuous improvement to make delivery faster, smoother, and more scalable.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design to ensure timely, low-friction releases.
- Act as the link between business, product, and engineering teams, providing transparent progress reports.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, overseeing change management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role in software delivery.
- Strong grounding in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall (Prince2) methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of product development life cycles and large-scale delivery.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple squads or teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, balancing business priorities with technical realities.
- Skilled in risk management, dependency mapping, and roadmap planning.
Nice to have
- SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software experience.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, or technical architecture.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other agile delivery tools.
