What you will do

• Lead and manage the Lending Operations team, ensuring efficient end-to-end processing of SME lending transactions.
• Drive operational excellence by setting performance standards, managing escalations, and optimizing workflows for new products.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to design and implement scalable, automated lending infrastructure.
• Identify process improvements and define requirements for system enhancements and automation.
• Maintain a robust understanding of Trade-Based Money Laundering (TBML) risks, implement controls, and ensure regulatory alignment for all lending operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SME lending and trade operations.
• Solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Fixed Forwards, Window/Parallel Forwards) and their application in lending structures.
• Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced FinTech or high-growth Financial Services environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management across various departments.
• A proactive "continuous improvement" mindset, comfortable with a rapidly evolving product suite.
