What you will do

  • Build and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google for the US market.
  • Design and test full-funnel experiences including landing pages and nurture sequences.
  • Own and report on CAC, LTV, and payback period metrics to leadership.
  • Partner with creative teams to iterate on ad concepts based on performance data.
  • Run structured experiments for audience, creative, and offer testing.
  • Identify new growth channels beyond paid media, such as affiliates and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing B2C performance campaigns with significant budget ($500k+/year).
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMAX).
  • Proven track record building acquisition funnels from scratch.
  • Ability to think in funnels, encompassing landing page conversion and email sequences.
  • Must be based in the US and work remotely.
