What you will do

• Lead technical implementations, taking ownership of solution design and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex infrastructure environments.
• Design VDI solutions and automation frameworks aligned with customer requirements, focusing on scalability, reliability, and an automation‑first approach.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues in collaboration with vendors and support teams, using a structured, analytical problem‑solving mindset.
• Plan team workload and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, and confidently present technical concepts to stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify, propose, and drive automation opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, continuously improving processes and reducing manual tasks.

Requirements

• Approximately seven years of experience working as an infrastructure engineer on enterprise‑level or large‑scale technical projects.
• Strong understanding of VDI concepts, particularly Citrix or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture, deployment models, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with Linux administration and Bash scripting to automate system tasks and workflows.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, enabling consistent, automated delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is considered a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions to ensure observability and reliability of VDI platforms.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and industry best practices for source control and version management.
