What you will do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy creation and execution for all titles in the game publishing portfolio.
  • Manage overall marketing budgets for each game, including scaling, allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with development teams, creative services, PR, influencer, and performance marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with third-party licensors to ensure campaigns align with partner expectations and IP guidelines.
  • Define asset needs, establish priority schedules, and create campaign roadmaps with the Marketing Creative Manager.
  • Own campaign analytics, define and track KPIs, and implement insights for future performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or publishing operations in the video game industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for shipping titles.
  • Proficiency with project/campaign management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple parallel timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data and reporting.
  • Familiarity with game development and publishing processes.
