What you will do
- Support the development of launch plans, timelines, and checklists for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate creative intake, briefing, routing, and tracking of marketing assets.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage feedback cycles and track deliverables to completion.
- Track campaign-level KPIs and collect performance inputs.
- Support post-campaign retrospectives by documenting learnings and process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, production support, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear, proactive communicator with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or product launches.
- Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management, and approval processes.
- Interest in gaming, entertainment, or consumer-facing brands.
- Experience with project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Figma, or Mural.
