What you will do

• Champion content requirements and maintain an up-to-date editorial calendar and publishing plan.
• Create and edit SEO-optimized, engaging content about various design topics for local audiences.
• Upload and publish content following the latest SEO best practices and local tone of voice.
• Regularly track and optimize landing pages to maintain freshness and improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with the wider Netherlands SEO team and broader marketing/community teams on content strategy.
• Support broader SEO activities such as keyword research, competitor analysis, and content production.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and business-level English.
• Deep understanding of local cultural and linguistic nuances that resonate with audiences in the Netherlands market.
• Proven experience in SEO content writing and/or content marketing, with strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with editorial planning, publishing content in a CMS, and solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword optimization, content structure).
• Experience using web analytics tools to understand how users engage with content and measure content performance.
• Active interest in emerging search and discovery trends, including AI-powered platforms, AI search, and LLMs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
