What you will do

• Lead or assure complex digital transformation programs, ensuring delivery against objectives and standards.
• Provide independent assurance on digital projects, identifying risks and supporting corrective action.
• Work effectively with senior client stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and organizational change.
• Apply your specialist background (product, delivery, or UCD) to shape end-to-end transformation approaches.
• Contribute to the growth and development of consultants through coaching, mentoring, and informal leadership.
• Act as a go-to practitioner for sales and pre-sales activity in your area of expertise.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering or assuring digital transformation in the public sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Government Service Standards, service assessments, and public sector delivery environments.
• A background in product management, delivery leadership, or user-centred design, with the ability to operate beyond a single discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with senior stakeholders.
• Work format: Hybrid in the UK.
