What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries via online channels.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including features, use cases, and potential issues.
- Test new product features, updates, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to improve processes and products.
- Track and report support metrics to help improve customer experience and product quality.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share suggestions in team meetings.
Requirements
- Some experience in product support, customer support, or a related role (fintech field is a huge plus).
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn product features, troubleshoot issues, and participate in product release testing.
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
