What you will do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Solve customer issues quickly and own them from start to finish.
- Understand customer problems and find fair, sensible solutions.
- Stay updated on products and policies to offer accurate advice.
- Identify and suggest improvements for FAQs and processes.
- Recognize customers needing extra support and ensure they receive it.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience (financial services preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment for complex or sensitive queries.
- Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries without compromising quality.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help people.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
