What you will do

• Own the global Accenture alliance P&L, including revenue growth and expansion.
• Run hirify.global’s operating model for the Alliance across joint enterprise programs.
• Serve as hirify.global’s senior executive counterpart to Accenture’s global leadership.
• Direct allocation of hirify.global’s resources across Accenture-led engagements.
• Lead co-selling and execution of large, complex enterprise AI Cloud transformation opportunities.
• Ensure Accenture delivers hirify.global enterprise products as part of consulting cycles.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, or growth roles within SaaS or product-led organizations.
• Deep Accenture experience with trusted senior-level relationships and strong command of internal decision dynamics.
• Ownership of large-scale, multi-year partnerships with full commercial and operational accountability.
• Global systems-integrator leadership experience across sales, delivery, and enablement.
• Direct leadership in complex enterprise transformation deals involving executive sponsors and enterprise governance.
• Enterprise AI, cloud, and data transformation literacy with credibility among CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.
