What you will do

• Scope and implement complex technical programs for model development, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• Partner and strategize with senior leadership across research, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive seamless delivery of models.
• Develop technical roadmaps and white papers alongside engineering stakeholders, providing data to influence technical decision-making.
• Build and implement innovative, scalable solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
• Enable cross-functional teams to advance state-of-the-art research by identifying trends, breakthroughs, and challenges.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex technical programs (e.g., 8+ years), with a track record of delivering organization-wide impact.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership, communicating challenges and risks while proposing solutions and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced technical understanding of language models and software engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement innovative governance models and workflows.
• Passionate about AGI, with a proactive approach to acquiring advanced domain knowledge.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Substantial Software or Test Engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of state-of-the-art model development techniques.
