Salary: $102,500–$154,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee monthly AR close, including reconciliations and aging analysis.
• Prepare and publish AR-related KPIs and executive-level updates.
• Manage billing and invoicing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Lead and mentor the collections team, developing and enhancing processes.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve complex disputes.
• Build strong customer relationships for timely payments and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of AR/collections experience in a managerial role (SaaS or tech industry preferred).
• Strong NetSuite experience required; advanced Excel skills.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
