What you will do
- Develop and document process flows for HR and recruiting systems, identifying automation and integration opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end system configuration for Avature and ATS platforms, including workflow design, permissions, data models, forms, and integrations.
- Manage and coordinate system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, TA operations, IT, and vendors to design and implement system enhancements.
- Maintain documentation, functional specifications, and configuration guides for all Avature and ATS modules.
- Act as the system SME for Avature and ATS platforms, advising business partners on optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with 3+ years of hands-on configuration and administration of Avature or other ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
- Proven experience managing system upgrades, release cycles, and integrations with HRIS or data platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR technology ecosystem integration (ATS ↔ HRIS ↔ reporting platforms).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SSO, and data flow design for recruiting systems.
- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or HR tech tools (Avature Certified Administrator).
