TL;DR

Associate Solution Consultant: Supporting the sales team by creating and delivering presentations and value propositions for the hirify.global platform, showcasing technical capabilities to match business outcomes. Focus on demonstrating the solution to customers, understanding their initiatives, and aligning with business outcomes to drive sales engagements.

Location: Based out of the Boston office, with the requirement to be in the Boston office 3 days per week (2 days work from home). Occasional travel will be required within the US and internationally.

Salary: 64000 - 100000 USD

What you will do

• Provide technical support on sales opportunities, including meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate solutions to customers, communicating the core value proposition and key differentiators.
• Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and align with business outcomes.
• Work with customer stakeholders in various functions to illustrate use cases for hirify.global.
• Complete technical sections of security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Run and facilitate technical validations with prospects, including POC/POV.
