Salary: $270,000 - $290,000 USD (Annual)

What you will do

• Develop self-service tools and processes to understand capacity, efficiency, and costs across teams.
• Design, develop, and lead automation to facilitate near and long-term capacity planning.
• Execute and maintain capacity planning models, collaborating with data science and finance teams for accurate forecasting.
• Support the creation of regular capacity forecasts and quarterly planning processes.
• Build tools to support the rapid scaling of the Capacity Strategy & Operations function.
• Collaborate closely with Capacity Efficiency Engineering, Infrastructure, and Finance & Strategy teams to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Infrastructure data science or capacity engineering.
• Experience in scripting and building automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven, commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
• Intermediate knowledge of various public cloud providers.
• Ability to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
