What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, sourcing, and contract negotiation efforts for Corporate and Professional Services categories.
• Develop and implement new strategies to enhance delivery through processes, tools, and suppliers.
• Oversee complex, hirify.global-wide supplier relations and develop solutions to emerging problems.
• Establish partnerships with business stakeholders to identify, understand, and fulfill requirements.
• Translate business priorities into multi-year category and sourcing roadmaps.
• Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier lifecycle strategies.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
• Deep expertise in Corporate and Professional Services category management.
• Proven track record of shaping strategy in ambiguous environments.
• Executive-level communication and influence skills.
• Demonstrated success designing scalable systems and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, financial, and risk-management acumen.
• Must be able to work within US time zones.
