What you will do
- Lead strategic planning, sourcing, and contract negotiation efforts for Corporate and Professional Services categories.
- Develop and implement new strategies to enhance delivery through processes, tools, and suppliers.
- Oversee complex, hirify.global-wide supplier relations and develop solutions to emerging problems.
- Establish partnerships with business stakeholders to identify, understand, and fulfill requirements.
- Translate business priorities into multi-year category and sourcing roadmaps.
- Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier lifecycle strategies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements and SOX compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
- Deep expertise in Corporate and Professional Services category management.
- Proven track record of shaping strategy in ambiguous environments.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills.
- Demonstrated success designing scalable systems and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, financial, and risk-management acumen.
- Must be able to work within US time zones.
